1. Original 8th pass or 9th pass or 10th (Metric) fail original School Leaving Certificate (SLC) .
2. Original Aadhaar card & a Xerox copy.
3. Recent Colour Pass port size photo 4 nos.
4. Residence certificate if available. (Old Certificate also acceptable).
5. Caste certificate for SC/ST students only if available.(Old certificate also acceptable.)
6. Full & Short signature of the student.

Documents Required for Admission in +2 Arts/Science/Commerce

1. Original 10th (Metric) Certificate & Marksheet .
2. Original Aadhaar card & a Xerox copy.
3. Recent Colour Pass port size photo 4 nos.
4. Residence certificate if available. (Old Certificate also acceptable).
5. Caste certificate for SC/ST students only if available.(Old certificate also acceptable.)
6. Full & Short signature of the student.

Documents Required for Admission in Graduate or Upper Graduate cources in differents University

1. Original Certificate in support of previous Educational Qualification like 10th, +2, +3 etc .
2. Original Aadhaar card & a Xerox copy.
3. Recent Colour Pass port size photo 4 nos.
4. Residence certificate if available. (Old Certificate also acceptable).
5. Caste certificate for SC/ST students only if available.(Old certificate also acceptable.)
6. Full & Short signature of the student.
